Can passers-by enter Guangzhou Zhiyong School (Bailing Campus) at will?

You can't. According to the Regulations of Guangzhou Municipality on School Safety Management, schools should establish and improve the guard system, establish a registration or verification system for off-campus personnel, prohibit unauthorized off-campus personnel and off-campus motor vehicles from entering, and passers-by are not allowed to enter casually. Guangzhou Zhiyong School is located in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. Founded in 1924, it is a famous historical school with glorious revolutionary tradition. On April 29th, 20021year, under the leadership of Yuexiu District Education Bureau, our school was reorganized from the original Guangzhou Zhiyong Middle School and the original Yuexiu District Jing Hui Sports School into a nine-year compulsory education school and renamed Guangzhou Zhiyong School.
