Information required for Japanese company registration

A natural person needs to prepare the following materials to register a Japanese company.

1, copy of legal person's ID card and passport;

4. 3 originals of notarized personal statement (notarized at any notary office at the residence address);

5. Confirm the list of directors of Japanese companies (if you want to open a Japanese bank account, you must have 1 Japanese directors);

6. Confirm the company name, business scope and registered capital (the name can be in Chinese, Japanese and English, but the company must be added; The registered capital defaults to1000000 yen).
