Baggage room safety management system

1. Guests must strictly abide by the luggage storage and claim procedures when storing, claiming and asking others to claim their luggage on their behalf, and when the luggage storage card is lost.

2. Smoking is prohibited in the luggage room, employees' personal belongings are not allowed to be stored, and non-hotel guests' luggage is not allowed to be stored.

3. When checking the luggage for the guest, ask the guest whether there are inflammable, explosive or dangerous and prohibited items such as guns, ammunition and radioactive substances in the luggage (box). If there is any luggage, it is not suitable to check it, and report it to the security department in time as appropriate.

4. When working in the luggage room, the luggage door should be opened and locked when the staff leaves.

The bellboy is responsible for the key of the luggage door, and can't leave it anywhere and take it out of the hotel at will. Hand-over records must be made during the shift change. If the key is lost, report to the leader immediately and write a written report.
