12. Hangzhou has traffic restrictions, and the West Lake Scenic Area has even restrictions on odd and even numbers during holidays. Parking spaces in hotels of all sizes in the entire West Lake District are relatively tight (except for particularly large ones), and parking lots near scenic spots are all at shockingly high prices.
