1. First, click A/R and A/P to view the payment document.

2. Secondly, in the new payment document interface, enter the required information in the header.

3. Finally, click on the sub-clause type drop-down list to select the prepayment type, enter the settlement account and payment amount in the header, and click Save to complete the prepayment document entry.
