It is reported that the overall area of Zhijiang New Town is 153 square kilometers, covering Jiuxi in the east, Jinjialing in the west, Longwu in the north and Fuyang in the south, basically covering the whole Zhijiang plate.

It is reported that this year Zhijiang plate will focus on launching its "6636" plan: 6 leisure tourism projects, 6 commercial comprehensive projects, 3 cultural and creative projects and 6 high-tech projects.

Six leisure tourism projects, in addition to the upgrading and reconstruction project of Song Cheng Phase I scenic spot, also include five key projects, such as Polar Ocean Park Phase I, Sheraton Zhejiang Resort Phase I, Dazhuqiao Leisure Business Club, West Lake International Conference Center and Daqinggu Hot Spring Resort Hotel. 6 commercial comprehensive projects, including Longxin Tiancheng, Zhijiang Business Center Phase I, Central International Building, Power Logistics Industrial Base, Commercial and Residential Complex along the Yangtze River and Zhuantang Shopping Center; Three cultural and creative projects: Xiangshan Art Commune, Waitongwu Art Village and Phoenix International Building; These six high-tech projects are Delixi Hangzhou High-tech Industrial Base, Xinhengli Motor Industrial Base, Quality Standard Research Institute of Ministry of Water Resources, Haydn Electronic Industrial Base, Peng Hui Industrial (Hangzhou) Industrial Workshop Project and Carrier (medium-range) Project.

Sheraton Resort Hotel, which is about to complete the main project, is surrounded by a tortuous water system, and the scattered single villas are arranged in a half-moon shape. According to reports, this Sheraton Resort Hotel covers an area of 193 mu, and it is planned to put into trial operation before 20 1 1 year 10.

The renderings of the Polar Ocean Park are more like alien creatures with shark fins, and the silver-white roof and glass walls form the effect of sea icebergs. The first phase of the "Aquarium" project of Polar Ocean World is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
