How to design and make hotel kitchen exhaust pipe?

First: embed a 160MM diameter PCV pipe in the ceiling and place it above the designed position of the hood.

Second: Walk in the gap between the top of the wall cabinet and the kitchen ceiling. A sealing plate needs to be designed in front of the wall cabinet to block it.

Third, go directly to the back wall behind the second-floor baffle of the hood. Half of this can only be achieved in a villa.

Fourth: Old-fashioned houses do not use public flues. The hood is on the bay window and the hood pipe goes through the window glass.

Fifth: The height of the kitchen ceiling is lower than 2300. The first and second methods cannot be realized. The hood pipe passes through the side panel of the wall cabinet and enters the special flue.

The design of the hood flue directly affects the smoke exhaust effect of the hood and the overall kitchen appearance. It is recommended to use the first and second methods.
