How to fry prawns?

Delicious fried shrimps are as follows:

Ingredients: shrimp.

Accessories: ginger, oil, garlic, chicken essence, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and water.

1. Cut prawns into pieces, wash and drain prawns, shred ginger and chop garlic for later use.
