How to install elevator access control system

The construction technology of installing elevator access control system, namely ladder control system, is as follows:

1) The access controller of Shenzhen Oddo elevator is installed on the guardrail of the car roof, and all four screws must be firmly fixed without looseness. Pay attention to the spring washer!

(2) Install and fix the pure glass capacitive touch elevator IC card reader. The card reader is installed on the elevator panel with an opening size of 88*55. The card reader head must be fixed firmly and horizontally without looseness. Be careful not to tighten the mounting bracket screws too tightly to prevent them from breaking!

(3) When wiring, the signal wire from the ID card elevator controller on the car roof to the operation panel must be sheathed with corrugated pipe and fixed firmly. The thread connected with the elevator button must be welded and sheathed with heat shrinkable tube, and the button wire must be tied neatly. (Special wire rod AVVR24*0. 12 customized by Doao is required. )

(4) Control switch wire: 1 2 core wire is laid from the access door in the elevator car to the IC card elevator control box, and the on-off switch of the IC card elevator control system is installed. It is recommended to use AVVR2*0.3 special wire. (DOO provides and connects both ends)

(5) Card reader line: the wiring from the opening of the COP board of the elevator car key control board to the elevator control box of the CPU card at the top of the elevator car (provided by Doao Company) is used for data connection between the IC card elevator control system and the elevator CPU card reader.

(6) When laying the cable at the above 3-5 points, pay attention to the casing wrapping of the cable conduit, and check whether there is any scraping phenomenon between the cable and the elevator telescopic door, so as to avoid scratching the elevator door or wearing the cable.

(7) Networking communication line: the wiring from the IC card elevator control box to the management computer, which is used for data connection between the computer and the IC card elevator control system. Attention should be paid to the wiring method: RS485 bus communication mode is adopted, and the control box is connected in series (hand in hand), and then connected to the computer through 485 bus. The wire is RVVP2*0.75, and the part that needs to be sheathed with PVC pipe must be sheathed and fixed, and all units should pull a 485 bus to the management center. (TCP/IP network mode is directly through the switch)

(8) The communication line between the floor signal collector and the IC card elevator controller should be covered with PVC pipe except the weak current tank, and the conductor is RVVP2*0.75.

(9) PVC pipe is required for the power supply line of the floor signal collector, and the wire is RVV3* 1.0.

Cables above (10) need to be marked, and all the wire ends should be welded.

The specific wires are described as follows:

name

model

use

Signal line

AVVR2*0.3

Signal line from intercom extension to floor signal collector of weak current well on each floor.

Communication line

RVVP2*0.75

It is used for communication between the elevator controller at the top of the car and the management center computer 485, and between the weak current hoistway floor signal collector and the elevator controller at the top of the car 485.

Signal line

AVVR24*0. 12

Control line from elevator controller at the top of the car to elevator control panel

Power cord

RVV3* 1.0

Weak current wellhead signal collector is used for power supply.

Signal line

AVVR4*0.3

Swipe the card to call the elevator and unlock the signal line of the elevator, from the intercom host to the elevator outbound button.
