In order to regulate the daily behavior of employees and cultivate good living habits among employees, the following provisions are made for the management of employee locker rooms:
1. Changing Room Management

4. Clothes are not allowed to be hung in the employee locker room, and spitting, paper scraps and other food are not allowed to be littered.
5. Uniforms must be placed in the locker and must not be hung on the door or top of the locker. Once found, the party concerned will be fined 20 yuan per time.
6. Except for cleaning tools, no other items, objects, tools, etc. are allowed to be placed in the locker room.
7. The locker room will be cleaned every day by cleaning staff to keep the locker room clean and hygienic.
8. Employees who violate the regulations on the placement of items in the locker room or locker will be given a financial penalty of 50-100 yuan depending on the seriousness of the case.
2. Management of lockers
1. Each locker has one compartment and one lock, and the user is responsible for its use and safekeeping. When employees apply for employment, the company's human resources department will assign lockers to employees and issue locker keys. Employees must keep the keys properly and keep the inside and outside of the lockers clean.
2. The locker is used for hotel employees to store uniforms. Food or flammable, explosive and other dangerous items are not allowed to be placed.
3. Employees are not allowed to change, adjust, or move lockers without permission, and are not allowed to occupy lockers that are not used by themselves.
4. If the locker is damaged, it must be reported to the Human Resources Department on the same day, and the Human Resources Department will submit a maintenance order to the Engineering Department. Man-made damage will require corresponding maintenance fees and a financial penalty of 50-100 yuan.
5. The department has the right to require employees to open lockers for inspection due to work needs. Employees must actively cooperate. Inspecting employee lockers requires department personnel and human resources personnel to be present at the same time.
6. Please do not place valuables, large amounts of cash or securities in the locker. If any is lost, you will be responsible for it.
3. Key management
1. The key to the employee locker can only be used by the employee, and is not allowed to be lent, transferred to others or distributed privately. If any items are lost, the person who purchased the item will be held responsible.
2. Lockers should be locked at all times after use. Employees are not allowed to pry open locker locks without permission. Violators will be subject to administrative sanctions. If the locker key is lost, it must be reported to the company's human resources department in time for replacement procedures. (Replacement fee: 20 yuan/time.)
3. When employees resign, they should return the locker keys to the Human Resources Department when completing the resignation procedures. The human resources department will confirm that the key is usable.
