In order to improve the management level of Party A's hotel, Party A appoints Party B as the general manager of Party A's hotel to be responsible for the daily management of the hotel.

Article 8. Party B's work
1. Be responsible for the production, operation and management of the hotel and report to Party A;

3. Formulate the basic management system of the hotel;
4. Formulate specific rules and regulations of the hotel;
5. Formulate the salary, welfare, reward and punishment system of hotel employees, and decide the employment and dismissal of hotel employees;

7. Coordinate all kinds of external affairs of the hotel, create a good development environment, and make necessary records and explanations for all kinds of expenses arising therefrom.
Article 9. Party B forbids sexual behavior.

Article 10 Party B's remuneration
Party B's remuneration is divided into two parts: salary remuneration and profit dividend;
1, salary
The salary of Party B consists of post salary, communication fee and business reward, and the calculation method is: salary = post salary+communication fee+business reward.
Post salary, communication fee and business reward are as follows:
Post salary 10000 yuan per month; Communication fee 1000 yuan per month; If the monthly turnover exceeds 6,543,800 yuan, Party B shall be given an operating reward of 5% of the monthly net profit, and the operating reward will be cashed in that month.
2. Dividend system
Party A promises to pay 65,438+05% of the net profit mentioned in Article 6 every month during Party B's management of the hotel, and the dividend of Party B's first year profit mentioned in Article 6 shall not be less than 200,000 yuan.
Article 11 During the validity of this contract, all the property rights of the hotel belong to Party A, and Party B shall not sell or mortgage the hotel property in any way.
Article 12 The daily operating expenses shall be signed by Party B or the person designated by Party B. If a single expense exceeds 30,000 yuan, it shall be approved by Party A. The purchase of fixed assets or major contracts above 30,000 yuan shall be approved by Party A before purchasing or signing.
Article 13 Party A has the right to know and know the management work implemented by Party B, and put forward opinions and suggestions to make the operation and assets develop healthily.
Fourteenth, within the validity period of the contract, any party fails to perform the provisions of this contract, which is regarded as a breach of contract. The other party has the right to demand the breaching party to compensate the economic losses according to the degree of breach. However, after fulfilling the obligations of a kind manager, Party B fails to meet the requirements of relevant clauses of this contract, which shall not be regarded as a breach of contract.
Article 15. If Party A terminates the Contract without justifiable reasons, it shall pay RMB Yuan to Party B as compensation in one lump sum.
Article 16 If there are any matters not covered in this contract, it can be supplemented or modified in writing with the consent of both parties. The supplementary or modified documents of this contract have the same legal effect as this contract.
Article 17. This contract shall come into effect immediately from the date of signature and seal by both parties, in duplicate, one for each party, with the same legal effect.
