(1) Reservations can be made by phone or QQ. Sometimes there are too many guests to reply in time. Please ask consumers to book by phone as much as possible to save the waiting time of consumers; On the day of check-in, the hotel staff will confirm the room order with the consumer again; Please keep your mobile phone open on the day of check-in. If it is convenient for the consumer, please leave an extra mobile phone number. When the consumer's mobile phone is out of power or the signal is poor, the hotel staff can contact the consumer in time.

(2) if the deposit is not paid, the overnight room will be kept until 8: pm on the day of check-in, and the whole room will be kept until 2: pm on the day of check-in. After this time, the guests who arrive first will check in first, please understand.

(3) The deposit is paid on a voluntary basis. If the consumer must specify a certain room on a certain day, or the consumer cannot arrive at the time when the staff reserve the room, please pay the deposit to ensure the consumer's stay (especially on weekends and important holidays). If consumers need to pay the deposit, they can do so in the following four ways: front desk payment, Alipay, Tenpay and online banking (China Industrial and Commercial Bank, China CITIC Bank, etc.).
