Where is Ningbo Century Oriental Plaza?

Century Oriental Plaza (tentative name) is one of the key projects of Ningbo municipal government to enhance the centralized radiation function of central cities and realize Ningbo's modernization as an international port city and the economic center in the south wing of the Yangtze River Delta.

The project is located at No.0/083 Zhongshan East Road/KLOC-in jiangdong district, east to Canghai Road, west to Fuming Road, north to Ning Chuan Road and south to Zhongshan East Road. The total area is about 250 mu and the total construction area is about 500,000 square meters. The construction area around the project exceeds130,000 square meters, with a total population of about 500,000, including 300,000 permanent residents and 200,000 floating population. At present, there is no supporting business center. The surrounding environment of the project is good and the road traffic network is dense. The planned subway station exit is in the plot, surrounded by main roads such as Zhongshan East Road and century avenue, and the new administrative center, exhibition area and logistics park are all distributed around it and gathered.

The plane layout in the development concept is mainly composed of six blocks: comprehensive commercial business district (including financial industry and apartment buildings), large-scale commercial shopping district, business office district, middle and high-grade hotel dining district, public leisure cultural district and riverside water scenic area. After the completion of Century Oriental Plaza, it will become the core business center of Jiangdong and even Ningbo.
