Garlic barbecue sauce

Ingredients

2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons rock sugar or maltose, a little allspice, 1 pepper /4 tsp, 3 and 1/2 cups of water, 1 tbsp of wine, 12 cloves of garlic

Method

Put 2 tbsp of oil in the pot and fry the garlic until golden ,take out.

Put other ingredients into another pot and bring to a boil. Add (1) garlic and cook until thick. Wash the meat and drain the water. Marinate it with soy sauce and sugar for 1 to 2 hours.

BBQ barbecue sauce

Ingredients

4 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon French mustard, 2 tablespoons black vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 onion (minced), 2 garlic (minced), 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, chili pepper water (the kind used for steak) 1 tsp

Method

Cut the pork into small pieces and skewer them with apple and kiwi pieces. Brush with B.B.Q barbecue sauce.

Japanese Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1.5 tbsp sugar, 1/3 tbsp sesame oil, too 1 tablespoon each of white powder/water, 1.5 cups of water, pepper, and a little salt.

Method

Boil 1.5 cups of water, add all the ingredients, and thicken with cornstarch water until thick.

Shacha honey sauce

Ingredients

3 tbsp each of shacha sauce, black pepper sauce, honey, 1 tbsp each of oyster sauce and mustard sauce.

Method

Stir evenly (can be thickened with water or cooking wine).

Remarks

Suitable for: seafood, skewers, meat barbecue sauce.

Mid-Autumn Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients

4 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon French mustard, vinegar, olive oil, chili pepper 1 tsp each, appropriate amount of diced onion, minced garlic, black peppercorns, 1/2 tsp each of salt and sugar.

Method

Stir evenly.

Japanese grilled sauce

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon each of cooking wine and tomato sauce, appropriate amounts of ginger, onion puree, and lemon juice.

Method

Stir evenly.

Remarks

Suitable for: fruits and vegetables, meat.

Peanut Barbecue Sauce

2 tablespoons pineapple juice

1 tablespoon coconut milk

3 tablespoons peanut butter

1/3 tbsp minced garlic

1/3 tbsp minced ginger

1/2 tbsp onion

1 tsp curry powder

1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

A little sugar

A little salt

A little black pepper

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly That’s it.

You can use barbecue sauce on skewered food or dip fried meat in sauce.

Baked green onion sauce

1 tablespoon rice wine

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

2 tablespoons of rock sugar

2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

1/2 cup of green onions

1 cup of water

Put the oil into the pan Bring all the seasonings to a boil and simmer until thickened, and you will have a very fragrant green onion barbecue sauce. Onion barbecue sauce is delicious when grilled with chicken legs, barbecue, or used as a dipping sauce.

1 tsp of sesame oil

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

3 tablespoons rice wine

1/2 cup water

1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder

1 tablespoon minced garlic

A little red coloring (optional)

2 to 3 green onions

A few slices of ginger (flatten)

Mix all the ingredients and make the BBQ meat sauce.

It can be used as barbecue sauce, or as a general sauce for dipping or stir-frying vegetables.
