Do hotel administrative assistants need to work night shifts? Thanks

If the hotel you work for is large (4 stars or above), the administrative assistant does not need to work night shift.

Unless there are extraordinary reception tasks, there will be opportunities to make exceptions in order to increase manpower.

However, in small-scale hotels, there are insufficient manpower and the division of labor in the administrative structure is not absolutely clear. Sometimes even the staff in the finance department have to work the night shift on behalf of the hotel management to meet "unexpected needs."
