Why do I always get fired?
There are three things. The first thing is the winter vacation of freshmen, and my family wants me to go out for exercise. My mother asked me to be a tea student in a hotel. Tea art students need to walk to the guest's table with a tea set in one hand and a stove and kettle in the other, so they need enough hands. Although I look big, it is obviously very difficult for me who has never done this kind of work. If you practice more, you will be relaxed. My job is to be in charge of a teahouse with more than 30 tables. One day at noon, I was so busy that I forgot to open tea for a table of guests. Later, the minister came to take notes and asked me what kind of tea the guests at that table had. I seem to have served tea to that guest, so I said one (I was very busy at that time, and I forgot whether that guest had served it). Finally, when the guest paid the bill, he found that it was not opened and was severely criticized by the manager. Later, in the same period, he was the first to be fired (although he didn't want to do it long ago). Later, my mother's friends said that I was more diligent than other winter vacation homework. I don't think I can do those jobs well (those managers and ministers are super fierce, and I don't have a good relationship with them), but I still feel heartache after being fired.
The second thing is that in the last semester of my freshman year, I found a counseling institution where I worked as a part-time Chinese tutor, that is, I gave composition classes to the third and fourth grades on weekends. I did it for a semester (that counseling institution often defaulted on wages), but it was quite easy to do it there. After I finished teaching the composition, the headmaster came to teach reading, and I sat behind the students to correct the composition. At this time, I secretly took out my headphones and corrected them while listening to the song. Maybe the headmaster knows, but he didn't say anything about me.
The last class at the end of the term, because it is the last class, the students have no mood to study at all. At first, the lecture continued, and no students listened. They also talked about themselves below (those students are naughty and often contradict the teacher), so I asked them to chat in a low voice below. Who knows, a senior sister in the next class heard this and came to ask me why I didn't give the students classes. Later, I explained the situation to her, and later, I tried my best to get the students to come to class. After class, the headmaster called me to the office, asked me why I was chatting with the students, and said a few words to me. I think that senior must have complained. In the afternoon, I passed her classroom, and she was having a big meal with the students. After the summer vacation, the organization didn't let me go back to work (of course, because I urged the principal to pay, and so did several of my classmates, but they didn't go back later! )
The third thing is that when I was a sophomore, I found a tutor, but I stayed up late to help students with their homework. The headmaster said that I might have a personality problem and couldn't stop those naughty students, so I didn't have a job either.
Being fired three times has many objective factors, and of course I have a large part of it myself. As a sophomore now, some people may think it is too early to worry about work, but work is what I will do in the next few decades, and I will start thinking now. I want to get some truth or life advice from my three experiences. The so-called onlookers see clearly, and I would like to ask you to give me some advice. Thank you!
