1. Attendance system
1. Employees should schedule shifts according to each department within the specified time and come to and from get off work on time .
2. Anyone who is more than 15 minutes beyond the working time will be deemed to be late. If you leave your post without permission 15 minutes before getting off work, you will be deemed to have left early. In special circumstances, the department manager will sign and approve the attendance sign-in.
3. Arrivals who are late or leave early for less than half an hour will be dealt with as a verbal warning in the employee handbook, and those who are late or leave early for more than half an hour will be dealt with as written warnings in the employee handbook and will be dismissed. Absence from work for more than one to two hours will be treated as a serious warning in the employee handbook.
4. Absenteeism:
① Scope of absenteeism: Those who do not come to work without the approval of the department manager; those who arrive late and leave early for more than two hours; those who fail to return after overtime leave without reasonable proof ; The person who has not issued a certificate for sick leave; the person who requested leave is found to be inconsistent with the reason for asking for leave; the person who substituted the replacement leave without consent.

1. Sick leave:
① Emergency leave: call the manager on duty or the manager of the department on the same day. After work, submit a supplementary emergency certificate from a county-level hospital or above, fill in an employee leave request form, sign it by the department manager, and submit it to the company office for future reference.
② Asking for leave due to acute illness: If you become seriously ill while on duty, other employees in the department can assist you in applying for leave at the Human Resources Department. Fill out the employee leave request form, submit it to the department manager for signature, and submit it to the Human Resources Department for future reference.
③ Ordinary sick leave: Fill in the employee leave request form one day in advance, sign it by the department manager and submit it to the Human Resources Department for reference.
④ If the leave request is not approved or the leave application procedures are not completed, the employee will be punished as absenteeism.
2. Sick leave wages:
① The wages on the day of sick leave shall be settled based on the daily wage of RMB 50.
② If the accumulated sick leave throughout the year or one sick leave exceeds one month, the company has the right to cancel the original position or persuade the employee to leave, and terminate the labor contract.
3. Personal leave: If a hotel employee takes a break due to personal leave approval procedures, the company will treat it as personal leave.

④Personal leave time: The cumulative or one-time leave for personal reasons exceeds 15 days. The company has the right to cancel their original positions, persuade them to leave, and terminate their labor contracts.
4. Marriage leave: All regular employees who have worked in the hotel for one consecutive year and meet the marriage age stipulated by the state can enjoy 3 days of paid wedding leave (including public holidays and holidays) according to the return home regulations.
Formal hotel employees who get married can enjoy three days of wedding leave according to national regulations. Marriage leave must be taken at the time of marriage and cannot be used separately. The period of use is valid within six months from the date of receipt of the marriage certificate.
Marriage Leave Application: Employees with formal hotel contracts who apply for marriage leave must go to the Human Resources Department 30 days in advance to fill out an Employee Leave Application Form, which will be signed and approved by the department manager and submitted to the Human Resources Department for filing.
5. Changes of rest days and shifts:
In principle, hotels do not allow changes of rest days or shifts. Employees must work according to the shift time specified by the hotel and rest on public holidays arranged in advance. If a change is required, it must be signed by the department manager and reported to the Human Resources Department for record before formal change of leave or shift can be made. Otherwise, it will be treated as absenteeism.
6. Compensatory leave:
If employees take time off or work overtime due to work, the hotel will provide them with the same amount of compensatory leave according to work arrangements during the year.
Hotel departments are not allowed to borrow time off. If the department already has employees on leave, the person in charge of the department directly responsible for the leave will be responsible for the leave.
7. Bereavement leave:
The death of immediate family members (such as parents, children, spouses, parents-in-law, parents-in-law) of regular hotel employees and the death of non-immediate relatives (including grandparents) , employees can receive three days of paid bereavement leave for immediate family members and one day of paid bereavement leave for non-immediate family members. Employees applying for bereavement leave must present valid certificates. This leave can be used once when applying for bereavement leave.
8. Statutory leave: Hotel employees can enjoy the eleven days of paid holidays stipulated by the state. That is:
New Year's Day: one day; Spring Festival: three days; Qingming Festival: one day.
Dragon Boat Festival: one day Labor Day: one day Mid-Autumn Festival: one day.
National Day: three days.
Female employees will have another half-day off on International Women’s Day, March 8. If it falls on a public holiday, no compensatory leave will be given.
On May 4th Youth Day, we will have a half-day holiday in accordance with relevant national regulations. If it falls on a public holiday, no compensatory leave will be given.
9. Annual leave: All regular employees who have worked in the hotel for one year and have an attendance rate of more than 98% in that year can enjoy paid annual leave (excluding holidays) in the following year, and it can be increased every year from the second year onwards. One working day, no more than 10 working days at most.

10. Maternity leave: Official female employees of the hotel can only enjoy the paid maternity leave (including public holidays and public holidays) stipulated by the state after they have reached childbearing age and complied with the national policy on late marriage and childbirth, and have worked in the hotel for one year. holidays). 11. Nursing leave: When the wife of a married male employee gives birth, the hotel can grant the male employee 5 days of paid maternity nursing leave (including holidays), but a valid birth certificate is required.
12. The Human Resources Department has the right to check whether the personnel who arrive on duty have signed accurately. Special personnel will sign in and out with fingerprints according to their arrival time.
