The licensing conditions of restaurant (canteen) hygiene license are as follows:

(three) the supply of drinking water should comply with the provisions of GB5749. The secondary water supply reservoir should have sanitary protection measures, and the coating on the inner wall of the reservoir container should meet the sanitary requirements of the water pipeline and be cleaned and disinfected regularly;

(4) The average floor space of each chair in the dining room should not be less than1.85m2;

(5) The restaurant of the hotel must be separated from the guest room and kitchen, and connected by an independent building system and reasonable passages;

(six) the restaurant interior decoration materials shall not cause harm to the human body;

(seven) according to the number of seats in the restaurant, set up a corresponding number of men's and women's toilets in the hidden area. Toilets are flush-type, and sitting toilets are prohibited. The bathroom should have an independent exhaust system;

(eight) the restaurant should have measures to prevent insects, flies, cockroaches and rats, and should strictly implement the assessment regulations of the National Patriotic Health Association;

(9) The fresh air inlet of the air conditioner should be located outdoors, away from pollution sources, and the filter material of the air conditioner should be cleaned or replaced regularly;

(ten) there should be a sound health management organization and health system, and there should be full-time or part-time health management personnel in public places;

(eleven) employees must pass the health examination and health knowledge training;

(12) Through on-site supervision and monitoring, the microclimate, air quality and ventilation of restaurants (restaurants) meet the requirements of Hygienic Standard for Restaurants (GB16153-1996).

The applicant for the health permit submits the notification commitment document to the municipal or district health department with the enterprise name approved by the industrial and commercial department (the notification commitment document format can be collected at the window of the municipal or district health department, or downloaded directly from the website of the municipal government, the Municipal Health Bureau and the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce); After the applicant fills in the relevant contents and signs or seals, the administrative organ seals on the spot, and the letter of commitment signed by both parties becomes legally effective;
