Fried meat with Chinese sauerkraut

Ingredients: pickled cabbage 200g, sliced meat 100g, a little green pepper, oil, salt, onion, ginger, Pixian bean paste, sugar, cooking wine and chicken essence.

Tip: Don't soak fans for too long. If they are too soft, they will break when they are fried.
