Summary of real estate landscape design work

The Chinese New Year is coming soon, and it has been nearly half a year since I joined the company in early July. With the support and help of company leaders and colleagues, through half a year's study and work, I have been familiar with and successfully completed the work according to the company's requirements. Thanks to the company and leaders for giving me a space for development. Here I not only have more guidance from leaders and colleagues, but also have more professional contacts and development. Now I will summarize the work during this period as follows:

Design work is a field I am familiar with, mainly responsible for the landscape greening scheme design of the community here. But considering the budget and actual construction, there is still a lot to learn.

Liaoyang Zhongtian City Plaza Project is my first job, mainly responsible for the landscape wall design of the west entrance of the community. Considering that the west entrance is the secondary entrance of the community, the site area is not large. In order to better grasp the scale relationship, I was lucky enough to go to Liaoyang on business with my colleagues, participated in the opening of Liaoyang Zhongtian City Plaza, and conducted actual research on the project. In order to keep consistent with the architectural style of the community, the European Baroque style was also chosen in the landscape. In the design of landscape wall, in order to keep baroque symmetry and make it rich in changes, the landscape at the west entrance is divided into four parts: fountain, main landscape wall,

Through this design, I have a certain understanding of the company's projects and learned a lot of professional knowledge in the specific handover process.

Anda Zhongtian Yipin Project, in which I participated in the gate design of the main gate and the secondary gate. In landscape design, I have always only paid attention to the location and style of the gate, and this time I went deep into the specific size and details of the gate. In the design, both the main entrance and the secondary entrance are made of steel structures. After repeated deliberation, the design finally took shape. However, in the design of the secondary entrance, the connection between the entrance and the actual road was ignored, and the scheme had to be overthrown and redesigned.

This makes me be careful in my future design, pay more attention to some particularly error-prone places, check more and think more.

In the project of Taohuayuan, the first thing I came into contact with was the design of the wrought iron gate at the east entrance of the community, with the logo pattern of Taohuayuan as the theme of the gate, which highlighted the iconic characteristics of the park. Secondly, I came into contact with the first landscape planning scheme design since I joined the company-the third phase landscape scheme design of Taohuayuan, so I made scheme analysis and actual investigation on the first and second phases of Taohuayuan. Based on the design book, the design should not only continue the existing style, but also be rich in changes. However, the existing venues are not completely suitable for the symmetrical style in Europe. At first, I felt like I couldn't start. Is it really to look at some good design examples and draw your own plan according to these examples? After reading many cases, I began to understand various environmental factors by studying the process of scheme design, and tried my best to adapt to local conditions to prepare for each partition design with a theme. Although I overthrew myself again and again, I also gained more in the process of failure. Sketch design has been completed at this stage. Get ready to start drawing design drawings.

Yujingwan project is my deepest contact work, from the analysis and suggestion of the scheme to the design of the affiliated underground garage, the handover with the design institute, the revision of the building positioning drawings and the design of the building eps line. Let me have a further understanding and understanding of architecture and landscape from scheme design to construction.

Recently, I was lucky enough to participate in the renovation of the company's hotel and helped complete the transformation layout of the second and third floors of the hotel. Maybe I didn't participate in much planning and design, but I got familiar with the software needed in the design in the process of completing the task, and also summarized some drawing skills in the software in my work, so as to speed up the drawing and finish the work in time.

Over the past six months, I have participated in different projects and jobs, learned different knowledge and accumulated work experience. The positive and serious working attitude of my colleagues is also the object of my study.

I deeply feel that I don't grasp the size of landscape space, and I don't analyze whether the scales of various landscape elements in the site are coordinated and whether the size reaches the optimal ratio. By modeling and scrutinizing the construction in the construction drawing in spare time and comprehensively controlling it in a three-dimensional way, the designed things are more reasonable and convincing. When communicating with designers, report to the leader in time to avoid mistakes in work as much as possible. At the same time, I learned to arrange my working hours more reasonably. When I am working on several projects at the same time, I should distinguish which is more important.

Through several exchanges and cooperation with the design unit, I feel that there are gaps in the expression of the scheme, the grasp of the later stage of the project and the application of new materials. Now the landscape industry is developing rapidly, and more and more attention is paid to it by all walks of life, which requires us to have rich knowledge in all aspects, which puts forward higher requirements for our designers. People's needs are the direction of landscape design in residential areas, so the landscape design of residential areas must be close to the needs of owners, ensuring that all landscape design is from the perspective of residents. Only the landscape design that meets the needs of residents can be sincerely accepted by residents, and the development of garden landscape in residential quarters can be full of motivation. No matter what style or theme, in order to gain the recognition of residents and the market, we must highlight a humanized design idea, people-oriented, and the ultimate goal is to let busy people in the city get in touch with nature more in limited time and space, and the garden landscape with humanistic color and cultural connotation can create a tasteful modern living environment.
