Utilization of swill

It is best to use slops from school canteens, factories and unit canteens. This swill has the most stable quality, the best effect, the highest energy and no sundries. If it is hotel swill, there may be too many sundries, such as big bones and fishbones, toothpicks, plastic bags, lunch boxes and so on. It is harmful to the intestines and stomach of pigs and chickens and can cause enteritis. So, deal with this swill.

After pretreatment, fermentation can be carried out in the following two ways:

1. The first method is long-term fermentation and preservation, but it must be mixed with feed starter with strong micro-resistance and good palatability. A bag of feed starter with slight resistance can ferment swill of about 1 ton, just add it for sealed fermentation for a few days, seal it for storage, and then mix it with feed. Feeding 100% is not recommended. First, swill has single nutrition, high energy and low protein, so it needs to be fed with soybean meal, peanut meal, cotton meal, rapeseed meal and other protein raw materials. It is best to add some premix to make the nutrition more comprehensive. This method is more troublesome. There are several links, one is fermentation, and the other is that it needs to be operated to feed animals, which is more troublesome. Because the swill is fermented for a long time, the acidity is very high and the wine tastes good.

2. The second method is to ferment with complete enzyme 1 for a short time and feed with 100%. In a short time, it avoids the shortcomings of excessive acid production and strong wine flavor, but it must be fermented with products with extremely high lactic acid bacteria content. Full-valent enzyme 1 is a starter product with high lactic acid bacteria content, which is used to inhibit bacteria and bacteria that may exist in the body.

[6] Case 6: Fresh swill, corn flour, soybean meal, lysine, 4% premix, strong and weak materials and corn flour are required to be used less.

① Raw material, the water content of swill is 80%, that is, 4.5 kg is dried in the sun to get 1 kg, and the dry crude protein is 8%.

② suggested formula: a package of full-price enzyme 1+or swill 1 150kg (dry weight: 250kg corn flour100kg soybean meal125kg calcium carbonate+4% premix/kloc-) Calcium carbonate must be added, because swill is easy to ferment and produce acid, and the water content of this formula is very high, so it should be buffered with calcium carbonate to prolong the fermentation preservation time as much as possible;

The water content of this fermentation formula is 68% (1 kg after 2.8 kg sun drying), which belongs to the extremely high water fermentation range. Therefore, fermentation must be completed within 24 hours, and it can be completed within 2 days if calcium carbonate is added.

③ Analysis: In this formula, only 250kg of swill is dry, others are dry, and there are 500kg of dry matter, of which 50% is dry swill, 20% is corn flour, 25% is soybean meal, 1% is calcium carbonate, 3.6% is premix and 0.3% is lysine. This formula is dry.

(4) Feeding mode: Feeding is appropriate, and the daily nutritional intake of pigs can be met by increasing the feeding amount, and it must be fed within the specified time. If it exceeds the time, it doesn't matter, but it must be mixed with feed, that is, fermented materials account for 10 ~ 50%, and mixed with unfermented full-price feed in the market.

If it is intended to be mixed with feed at the beginning and fermented for a long time, it is suggested to use a strong micro-antibiotic-free feed starter instead of the full-valent enzyme 1 in the above formula for fermentation. First of all, the strong antibiotic-free feed starter has better palatability. Second, because the content of lactic acid bacteria in the strong micro-antibiotic feed starter product itself is not high, it can be fermented for a long time, with slow acid production and not too high acidity, and there are enough lactic acid bacteria in the material after long-term fermentation; However, the alcohol content may be high when using strong micro-antibiotic feed starter, which should be paid attention to;
