What's the difference between a dormitory and an apartment in Nanning No.3 Middle School?

The apartment is a new dormitory with a better environment. There are 7 people in a room, like the upper bunk in a university, and the lower bunk is a table. There are two separate bathrooms, and hot water is directly supplied to the dormitory, but it is far from the classroom (according to personal calculation, it takes about 7 to 10 minutes to walk to the classroom).

The dormitory in No.3 Middle School is an old dormitory. There is no separate bathroom and no direct hot water supply. But recently, a new shower room was built (at the entrance of the dormitory). It is said that there is hot water supply, close to the canteen, playground and classroom.

Because the environment is different and very different, the cost is high.
