Can a hotel room have two room cards?

Generally speaking, a hotel room cannot have two room cards.

In most cases, only one room card is provided for each room. Under special circumstances, if guests need extra room cards, such as those taken by friends, they can consult the hotel front desk for help. This requirement usually requires an additional deposit.
