(1) Self-driving route: Just navigate to the Qiantaoyuan Tourist Center in Gaoting Mountain or Gaoting Mountain Scenic Area. The parking lots in the scenic spot include visitor center parking lot, Gaocheng Village Committee parking lot, former Taoyuan East parking lot and former Taoyuan West parking lot.

(2) Bus route: Take bus No.335, No.359 and No.535 and get off at Qiantaoyuan Station. Take bus No.335 and No.371and get off at Ding Lin Road and Ding Lan Road, then you can reach the visitor center. Take No.359 Huajianong Station and get off at the Visitor Center.

Starting from the visitor center, Gaoting Mountain is divided into two greenways. Along Shangtang River, there is a cultural greenway with a total length of 3.9 kilometers. The ancestor of Chinese nursing homes, Banjing Pavilion in the Southern Song State Guesthouse, and the amphibious compound headed by Su Shi are all located here.

At the foot of Gaoting Mountain, a 5-kilometer-long colorful cycling path runs halfway up the mountain and is connected with five climbing entrances. Colorful vegetation is planted on both sides of the road, which is more suitable for a family to get close to nature and breathe the quiet mountain wind in the forest.

In order to enrich the ornamental content of this greenway, more than 20 cultural landscapes, such as Chazu Cave, wuyue Matsui Site and Shigu 'an Site, have been added along the greenway, each of which can tell a different story.

For example, Chazu Cave represents the tea culture with a long history in Gaoting Mountain. The earliest tea seeds in the world were unearthed on the other side of Qiantang River at the southern foot of Gaoting Mountain.
