Creative background:

In the first year of Shangyuan (760), after suffering from the war, Du Fu settled down in a thatched cottage on the outskirts of Chengdu, and found a temporary shelter, feeling very satisfied. Therefore, it is more enjoyable when bloom is warm in spring, which is the life and emotional basis of his writing this group of poems. In the second year (the third year), in the season of warm spring in bloom, he walked alone along the Jinjiang River to enjoy flowers and wrote a group of poems "Looking for Flowers Alone by the River".

Appreciate:

This poem is about some people's flowers, dazzling red and dazzling white.

"The second and third rivers are deep with bamboo, and many red flowers reflect white flowers." These two sentences narrowed the scope to a small one, and the scope was narrowed, but the flowers were busy. The first sentence of the poem is static, and red flowers and white flowers are also common. Add the word "how troublesome" and it feels very lively.

The last two sentences are lyrical and personify spring scenery. "To repay the kindness of spring, you must have good wine to send your career." It seems to be a wonderful realization and a relief, but its affection should still be the love of flowers.

About the author:

Du Fu (7 12 -770), with beautiful words, was a realistic poet in Tang Dynasty, and was also called "Du Li" with Li Bai. In order to distinguish Li Shangyin, Du Mu and Xiao Du Li, Du Fu and Li Bai are also called Da Du Li, and Du Fu is often called Lao Du.

His poems are good at antique and rhythmic poems, and have various styles. He accurately summed up his work style with the words "depressed and frustrated", mainly focusing on depression. He wrote about social unrest, political darkness and people's sufferings, recorded the great historical changes from prosperity to decline in the Tang Dynasty, and showed the lofty Confucian spirit of benevolence and strong sense of hardship, which was called "the history of poetry".
