How to refund the wrong hotel booked by Meituan?

1. Open Meituan APP, and a row of item bars will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click on the order;

2. Click on the order below to see the hotel information you booked, and click on your hotel order;

3. After entering, you can see the cancellation of the order;

4. After canceling the order, a page will appear to confirm whether to continue to cancel;

5. When you choose to confirm the cancellation, Meituan customer service will let you choose the reason for the refund. You can click OK, or you can choose to submit anonymously.

6. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account after the review by the US Mission.
