Logistics (canteen) staff must have a physical examination once a year before they can take up their posts. It is forbidden for people suffering from infectious diseases to go to the kitchen, and they should wear clean work clothes and work caps when working.

Religious citizens should "wash tableware once, brush it twice, disinfect it four times and clean it five times" in advance when dining in this place, and it is forbidden to serve raw food with enzymes.

Screen doors (windows) must be installed in the kitchen and side dish operation room to keep the floor, stove, cooker and desktop clean. Clean and tidy, no greasy, no mice, no mosquitoes, no flies, no beetles.

It is strictly forbidden to purchase "three noes" foods and moldy, deteriorated, expired and contaminated foods, and it is strictly forbidden to mix raw and cooked foods.

Article 5 People's governments at all levels shall lead the prevention and control of infectious diseases.

The people's governments at or above the county level shall formulate plans for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and organize their implementation, and establish and improve the disease prevention and control, medical treatment, supervision and management systems for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.

Article 6 The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.

Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.

The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
