Introducing the essay houses with Chaoshan characteristics
There are many types of tea. Generally speaking, it can be divided into five categories: red, white, black, green (oolong), and green. Oolong tea can be divided into three types. One of them, Phoenix Dancong tea and Tieguanyin tea, are the varieties abundant in Chaoshan area. This kind of Dancong tea is composed of ten kinds of precious Dancong tea with nectar fragrance, namely Wujiang, Narcissus, Song Zhongdongfanghong, Baxian, Babel, Huangzhixiang, Zhilanxiang, Magnolia fragrant, and honey orchid fragrant.
I heard from my father that drinking tea regularly is good for the body, but I didn’t believe it at first. But once, I read a sentence from historical records: "Shennong tasted hundreds of herbs, and after seventy-two poisons in a day, he got tea to cure them." I believed what my father said. Composition
My father has been in the tea business for ten years. Not only are there more and more types of tea, but the sales volume is also increasing. Every time a large amount of tea is purchased, it must be processed into bags of small and exquisite tea bags. The processing of tea leaves is not that complicated to say that it is difficult, but it is not that simple to say that it is easy. It requires seven steps of screening, weighing, folding, tea filling, labeling, bagging and sealing.
Last summer, several sisters and I processed nearly a ton of tea in half a month. Although it was a bit hard, my complaints immediately disappeared without a trace when I thought of the satisfied expressions of people nodding and smiling while drinking tea. Composition
In the Chaoshan area, almost every household has a tea set. When they are free, they invite three or two neighbors or friends to gather around and enjoy tea, which is quite poetic. During Chinese New Year and festivals, or when guests come home, drinking tea is even more essential. Drinking tea seems to have become an important way for people to entertain guests.
Chaoshan Gongfu Tea is not only a custom and a culture, but also embodies the elegant taste and warm and hospitable character of the Chaoshan people. If you are free one day, come to Chaoshan for a walk. Maybe you will also fall in love with Chaoshan Gongfu Tea. My favorite Chaoshan snacks and compositions! ! ! ! !
Friends, have you been to Chaoshan area? Have you tried Chaoshan snacks? Speaking of Chaoshan snacks, there are so many varieties that it’s impossible to tell them all. Not only do they have many styles, but they also have their own characteristics. Take Chaoshan oyster brand for example, it is my favorite Chaoshan snack.
Oysters are a specialty aquatic product of Chaoshan. They are delicious and nutritious and are known as the "milk of the sea."
The smart Chaoshan people invented the method of baking oysters with cornstarch, which is called oyster baking.
Look, the chef is beating the eggs skillfully, pouring oil into the pan, burning the oil in the pan over high heat, and then pouring an appropriate amount of fresh oysters mixed with cornstarch into the oil. In the pot, lightly pour the beaten eggs. After a while, the cornstarch formed into a large cake-like lump, and the color gradually changed from light to dark.
At this time, the chef scooped up the large piece of oyster and turned it upside down. The oil bubbles were still beating happily, but the flipped side was already golden brown.
The chef flipped it from time to time. After a while, he tore the large oyster bake into several pieces, fried it a few more times, and sprinkled a layer of green coriander on it. The fragrant oyster bake was ready.
Making this oyster bake requires a lot of effort. The fire must be strong enough, the oil must be enough, and the time must be mastered. Otherwise, how could it be delicious and attract thousands of people? Who covets it? To eat authentic oyster bake, a dish of fish sauce is indispensable.
The fried oysters are smooth and soft, the skin is crispy and refreshing, and the inner layer is tender and soft, with a slight egg fragrance without losing the taste of seafood, it is really wonderful! Coupled with the unique salty taste of fish sauce, I don’t know how to describe its fragrance! Oyster baked is just one of the many Chaoshan snacks, there are also hand-made beef balls, Dahao fish balls, water balls... there are so many that I can't even count them.
Chaoshan’s food culture is rich and colorful. If you come to Chaoshan, in addition to enjoying the scenery, you must try our special snacks, then your trip will be worthwhile.
Supplement: My hometown is in Chaoshan, which is rich in specialties. Among these specialties, the snacks are the richest.
The snacks include beef balls, bamboo shoots cakes, rice cakes, braised goose, etc. My favorite is beef balls, but making beef balls is not that simple! To make beef balls, you must first put some beef on a board, and hit the beef cubes hard with two iron rods weighing about three or four kilograms.
After beating for almost an hour, the beef has turned into meat sauce. To make the meatballs, put the meat sauce in a bucket and stir it for a few times. Squeeze out the meat sauce in your hand to make a round shape. The meatballs are out.
Soak them in hot water for ten minutes, and the beef balls are ready.
Beef balls can be eaten in many ways. They can be made into beef kuey sauce, soup, or snacks.
Beef meatballs taste great! As long as you bite it lightly, it will feel crispy and delicious.
Beef balls also contain protein! I love my hometown, and even more so the many snacks in Chaoshan! A 100-word essay on the characteristics of Chaoshan snacks

Take Chaoshan oyster brand for example, it is my favorite Chaoshan snack! Oysters are a specialty aquatic product of Chaoshan. They are delicious and nutritious. They are known as the milk of the sea.
The most attractive delicacy is Shantou’s oyster brand.
Oyster braised is made from fresh oysters, duck eggs and potato starch, and is fried in a pan.
Fry, eat and drink at the same time, it has a unique flavor.
The main seasonings of oyster bake are green onions, monosodium glutamate, fish sauce and fresh duck eggs. When tasting oyster bake, clean and chopped green coriander should be placed on it. The accompanying sauce dish is Sand tea and fish sauce.
When eating oysters, you can not only taste the crispy and delicious taste of oysters, but also appreciate the round and plump oysters and the attractive golden color of duck eggs.
I remember one time my father took me to eat oyster bake. There were many people there. I saw the chef making oyster bake skillfully beating the eggs, pouring oil into the pan, and heating the oyster bake over high heat. Heat the oil until it is boiling hot, then pour an appropriate amount of fresh oysters mixed with cornstarch into the oil pan, and then lightly pour the beaten eggs on top. After a while, the cornstarch will form into a large cake-like lump. The color also gradually changed from light to dark.
At this time, the chef scooped up the large piece of oyster and turned it over. The oil bubbles were still beating happily, and the flipped side was already golden brown.
The chef stirred it from time to time. After a while, he cut the large piece of oyster paste into several pieces, fried it a few times, sprinkled a layer of green coriander, and the fragrant oyster paste was ready.
I tasted a piece of oyster baked with great interest. Its texture is truly delicious and fragrant, crisp but not hard, crisp but not soft.
To eat authentic oyster bake, of course, a dish of fresh fish sauce is indispensable.
The fried oysters are smooth and soft, the skin is crispy and refreshing, and the inner layer is tender and soft, with a slight egg fragrance without losing the taste of seafood, it is really wonderful! China has a vast land and rich resources, and the local buildings are as brilliant as the stars, each with its own characteristics. Chaoshan folk houses are one of the wonders.
Chaoshan folk houses integrate the wisdom of Chaoshan people for thousands of years. Just like the ruggedness of Shanxi Pingyao folk houses, the rustic charm of Yao village stilt houses, the elegance of Jiangnan Hui houses, and the nature of Suzhou gardens, Chaoshan folk houses are also Has its own unique cultural connotation.
In Chaoshan rural areas, many ethnic groups live together. The economy is relatively developed in the coastal plains along the river. Many prominent families live in these places, and many ethnic groups also live in old counties.
Therefore, both urban and rural residents have a strong clan concept, which is reflected in the settlement architecture that is an enclosure pattern centered on the ancestral hall of the surname.
The Qingfu County Chronicle records: "When a prominent family builds a house, they must build a family temple, which is especially magnificent.
"The carved beams and painted pillars, the pool platform and the bamboo trees must be extremely skillful.
Large and small sects compete to build ancestral halls, sparing no expense at all.
"Chaoshan rural areas are populated by ethnic groups, and the entire village is based on their clan concepts, Feng Shui concepts, and production. It is built with living, defensive functions and certain aesthetic concepts. Therefore, the overall pattern of Chaoshan residential buildings is a unique and ideal Feng Shui living environment.
At the same time, Chaoshan folk residences directly integrate natural factors called "the weather, the earth's atmosphere, and the wind" into the architecture, reflecting the unified realm of harmony between man and nature and the noble spiritual conception.
The architectural orientation of Chaoshan folk houses is generally south-east, with the south being the main orientation.
In this way, the cold north wind can be blocked in winter, and the cool south wind can be accepted in summer.
[The main styles of Chaoshan folk houses] In Chaoshan, there are many styles of traditional rural houses. Songjing is located on the southeast beach of Aoqian Village, Yun'ao Town.
Songjing, as the name suggests, is a well dug in the Song Dynasty.
It was the last year of the Southern Song Dynasty, that is, in 1276 AD, when Yuan soldiers went south. After the Southern Song Dynasty withdrew from Lin'an, the capital, they continued to flee south. Zhao? g (pronounced "shi") was proclaimed emperor in Fuzhou.
Later, they withdrew southward by sea and arrived in Nan'ao under the escort of ministers Zhang Shijie, Lu Xiufu and others.

Drink by the entourage and soldiers.
Over time, the three wells have been hidden by the tide and sand, and sometimes they are revealed.
The one you see now is a horse well.
Fearing that it would be covered by sand again, a manhole fence was built around the well in recent years.
No one knows when Longjing and Tiger Well will be discovered.
The amazing thing about these wells is that although they are located on the beach and are often covered by the tide, the water in the wells does not have a salty taste after the tide recedes, but is still sweet and sweet.
Why does a well so close to the sea not carry the salty smell of seawater for many years? According to some people's investigation, based on scientific analysis, the three wells were dug on the rocks on the side of the mountain and faced the springs, so the spring water continued to flow and diluted the sea water.
And because there are two layers of rock at the bottom of the well, with the spring at the top, and the rock at the bottom blocks the penetration of seawater, the water quality is sweet.
When the tide flows into the well, due to the high specific gravity of seawater, it sinks and seeps out of the rock formations, leaving the spring water above still fresh.

This once war-torn sea area has now become a marine pasture where fish and shrimps live happily, with grids of grouper breeding cages, pieces of bamboo racks of seaweed, cages of pearl oysters, and strings of emerald mussels. Shellfish and Pacific oysters are vibrant.
On that large stretch of beach, people have cultivated the sea and built thousands of acres of marine aquaculture bases, which have formed a "treasure bowl" of precious seafood such as grouper, abalone, pearls, seaweed, shrimp, and shellfish. .
Treasure Island is located in Tie'ao Bay, Shen'ao Town.
The entire scenic spot is connected by a Jiuqu Bridge. It is said that this is the place where the "pirate" Wu Ping hid his treasure. There is still a riddle about the treasure that "it cannot be submerged when the tide rises, but it submerges three feet when the tide recedes." But no one could decipher it, and it became an eternal mystery.

My love for Teochew opera was not something I had at the beginning, but a series of years of learning, understanding, and broadening my horizons... Teochew opera is one of the important types of opera in our country. , is one of my country's outstanding intangible heritages and is deeply loved by Chaoshan people at home and abroad.
There is probably no Chaoshan person in the Chaoshan area who does not know Teochew opera, and many people can hum a few lines, whether they are children, young people, or the elderly.
It is an inevitable cultural and entertainment activity during the New Year and holidays. Even in ordinary times, many people will watch the Teochew dramas on time on the TV or spend money to buy DVDs in video stores.
When I was a child, I didn’t know what Teochew opera was. At that time, I just liked to join in the fun with adults and friends and just eat snacks.
When I grew up, I was obsessed with pop music and thought it was the best sound in the world. I would get upset whenever I heard the seemingly tasteless Teochew opera.
Later I became obsessed with European classical music and romantic music.
At that time, I felt that no matter how good pop music was, it would be difficult to surpass the times, and this European music had the qualification to stay in history.
Listening to foreign music, I suddenly realized that because Teochew opera has been circulating for so many years, it must not be an inferior culture.
So I looked at Teochew opera again, and I was surprised to discover its profound cultural connotations. Good Teochew opera requires the harmonious cooperation of multiple instruments such as blowing, stringing, playing, singing, and percussion. It is as difficult and demanding as in a symphony.
The scripts of Teochew opera are also very particular. Many of the scripts of Teochew opera were written by highly educated officials of the old court and central government. It is indeed not easy to use words and sentences in the dramas.
The beautiful costumes in Teochew operas are also loved by both insiders and laypeople, even those who don’t understand.
My love for Chaozhou opera has gradually deepened. It is really a good thing to have a correct understanding of traditional culture... Help me write a paper on Chaoshan snacks
From the culture of "Zhouyi" Excavating the cultural connotation of Chaoshan folk proverbs from the source of "Book of Changes" culture excavating the cultural connotation of Mo Shanchao Chaoshan proverbs - Interpreting the Chaoshan proverb "Tea, three wines, four kicks and two kicks" Guangdong Shantou Social Science Workers Association Mo Shanchao Chaoshan Located on the coast of the South China Sea in Guangdong Province, China, it has world-famous Gongfu tea, internationally renowned Chaozhou cuisine wine feasts and beautiful scenery of mountains, seas and plains.
There is a saying in Chaoshan dialect that reflects the style of this place: "Three teas, four wines, two kicks" ("Kicks" is a Chaoshan dialect, which means play).
Using the numbers three, four and two to regulate Chaoshan tea art, wine, food and tourism is indeed a major feature of Chaoshan culture.
However, few people discuss the special meaning of these numbers.
Chaoshan culture is a small branch of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
Their cultural mentality, especially their thinking patterns and value orientations, are dominated, restricted and influenced by Chinese traditional culture.
Without traditional Chinese philosophical concepts and cultural concepts, we cannot find accurate and credible explanations for some cultural phenomena in Chaoshan.
This article attempts to explore the cultural connotation of this folk proverb from the source of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, using the thinking methods of imagery, number, meaning, and reason from the Book of Changes in the ancient Yin and Zhou Dynasties.
1. Interpretation of Tea III "The Book of Changes" is the first written classic recorded in China during the Yin and Zhou Dynasties more than 2,000 years ago. Later, after Confucius's annotations (posterity research revealed that many people annotated it), it became A classic that has a great influence on Chinese cultural and academic thought - "The Book of Changes".
"The Book of Changes" is called the source of Chinese cultural wisdom by modern people.
"Tea three" can generally be understood as three people drinking tea, and the usage of the logarithm "three" can be traced back to the ancient "Book of Changes".
2. Release of wine four The superficial understanding of the proverb "wine four" refers to four friends drinking together.
The theory of the Four Friends is often found in ancient books, such as "The Great Biography of Shangshu?" 2": "King Wen regarded Hongyao, Taigongwang, Nangongkuo and Sanyisheng as his four friends.
"Jin?" Tao Xie's "Qunfu Lu": "Hongyao, Taigongwang, Nangongkuo, Sanyisheng.
The four friends of King Youwen.
" "Southern History?" "Xie Lingyun Biography": "Lingyun went to the east, and he and his clan brother Huilian, Donghai He Changyu, Yingchuan Xunyong, and Taiyangxuanzhi wrote articles to appreciate each other, and traveled to the mountains and rivers. People at the time called them the four friends.
"Book of Jin, Biography of Wang Yan": "At that time, Wang Dun, Xie Kun, Geng Kai, and Ruan Xiu were all friendly to Yan, and they were called the Four Friends.
” As a social event where many people gather for wine and food.
There is a set of etiquette in Chaoshan culture.
There are many things to pay attention to when using the table : For example, round tables and long tables are not allowed, but square tables must be used.
The reason probably comes from the "Book of Changes"
The "Book of Changes" believes: The numbers used in divination are based on heaven and earth. The numbers are "Heaven one, Earth two, Heaven three, Earth four, Heaven five, Earth six, Heaven seven, Earth eight, Heaven nine, Earth ten". p>
In ancient my country, numbers were not considered to be mechanical or abstract, but to be alive and possess magical power, symbolizing the endless activity of heaven and earth.
There are odd numbers. With even numbers, odd numbers belong to yang, and even numbers belong to yin.
Heaven is yang, and earth is yin.
An odd number of three can represent heaven, and an even number of four can represent yin. Represents the earth.
In ancient times, due to the underdevelopment of science, people believed that the sky was round and the earth was square based on naked eye observation. Therefore, there was a saying that the sky was round and the earth was square.
Jiu Si. Four can represent the earth in ancient times. The earth is said to be square, so the square table represents the earth with its four square sides, and is used as a special table for Chaoshan wine and dinner banquets.
Four represents the earth. In "The Book of Changes", four represents the earth. In the Sutra, it is the hexagram Kun.
Xiang said: “The terrain is Kun.
A gentleman carries his wealth with kindness.
"It means that the earth has the virtue of being generous and capable of carrying things. A gentleman's mind should be as broad as the earth, capable of carrying and nourishing all things, and also develop the moral character of being generous and compatible.
Being kind is the spirit of tolerance and generosity.
The Chinese nation regards generosity as a virtue.
The so-called generosity refers to people who are broad-minded, generous and tolerant.
In interpersonal relationships, we should be strict with ourselves, be lenient to others, put ourselves in others' shoes, and do not care about others' faults and do not seek to blame others.
This kind of tolerance and generosity. The spirit of hospitality is the cultural origin of Chaoshan people's hospitality in drinking and eating.
The ancient book "Book of Rites? The Meaning of Drinking in Countryside" says: "Sitting on all sides is like the four seasons."
"The four sides refer to the four directions of sitting: east, south, west and north.
There are two interpretations of the four seasons represented.
One finger points towards , evening, day and night.
"Zuo Zhuan? Zhao Gong Year": "A gentleman has four hours: audience in the morning, visits in the day, meditation in the evening, and peace of mind at night.
"The second refers to the four seasons, namely spring, summer, autumn and winter.
"Book of Rites? Confucius's Leisurely Life": "There are four seasons in the sky, spring, autumn, winter and summer.
Wind, rain, frost and dew are nothing but teachings.
"Yizhou Shu? Dawu": "Four seasons: one spring to harvest crops, two summers to eat grains, three autumns to mow crops, and four winters to freeze crops."
"The author agrees that the four seasons refer to the four seasons.
"The Book of Changes" believes: "Therefore, there is no Dharma image greater than the heaven and earth; there is no change greater than the four seasons.
"It’s about phenomena that can be understood. There is nothing greater than heaven and earth.
There is nothing greater than the four seasons that can change.
3. Shi Ki Zhi Er "Ki Zhi Er" is generally understood to mean two people going to play together.
The social phenomenon of two people going to play together is expressed in the form of folk proverbs, which shows that Chaoshan first. People think that this phenomenon has its typical and special connotation.
The words "Shu Gua Liu" in "Book of Changes" can be used as a footnote to this folk proverb. 3: “If three people go together, one person will be harmed; if one person goes together, they will gain their friends.
Xiang said: If one person walks, there are three doubts.
" Mr. Sun Zhensheng commented on this passage in the "Baihua Yi Jing" and said: "The damage hexagram is transformed from the Tai hexagram. The lower hexagram of Tai hexagram reduces one Yang Yao and the upper hexagram adds one. Yang Yao becomes the damage hexagram.
In other words, one of the three Yang Yao in the lower hexagram of Tai Gua has been lost.
So, when three people travel together, one person is lost.
At the same time, in the upper hexagram of Tai hexagram, there is a yin line descending, and yin and yang meet, so it is said that a person walking alone gets friends.
Everything in the world is made up of a combination of yin and yang. Therefore, if a person goes alone, he will definitely meet like-minded friends; if three people go together, they will be suspicious and don't know which person they should be with. If they become comrades, one of them will leave because he finds another companion.
That is to say, the principle of equality is to have more than enough losses and insufficient benefits. If three people have to lose one person, one person has to gain one person.
This line illustrates the principle of more loss than benefit.
The "Translation of the Book of Changes" co-authored by Huang Shouqi and Zhang Shanwen of Fujian Normal University said about the "translation" of this passage: "Six... How should we write the characteristics of Chaoshan food culture?

Among the finely prepared Chaozhou cuisine, there are not only exquisite products made from precious bird's nests, shark's fins, and abalone, but also refined specialties made from coarse vegetables, such as "Guoguo Cuisine" made from sweet potato leaves, and "Yao Cuisine" made from taro. "Pure", "big vegetable soup" made of mustard greens, etc.
Chaozhou cuisine has the main characteristics of selecting a wide range of ingredients and focusing on seafood, exquisite preparation but focusing on lightness, and many seasonings but focusing on "taste-matching". Moreover, banquets are conducted in a polite and humane way, permeating etiquette culture.
Chaozhou Gongfu tea is a tea art with rich local characteristics.
From tea sets, tea leaves, water to brewing. The taste is very particular.
The tea set uses Yixing teapot or lidded bowl and small porcelain cup. The steps of washing cups and sifting are high and low, and the operation is rigorous.
The emphasis is on drinking slowly and carefully.
Me. The beautiful hometown-----Shaoxing has many delicious specialties.
Let me introduce it to you today! The first specialty I want to introduce is Xiaoxiao. It's stinky, some people like it and some people are afraid of it.
You should know it without me telling you! By the way, it's the "notorious" stinky tofu.
This stinky tofu, whether steamed or fried, always tastes endless.
When tourists from other places come to Shaoxing, they always buy a few boxes of stinky tofu and try it back.
The second specialty I want to introduce to you looks clear and transparent, but smells sweet and intoxicating.
How is it? Of course you would have guessed it! That is the famous Shaoxing rice wine at home and abroad.
Yellow rice wine has a history of 5,000 years. It is carefully brewed from the clear Jianhu water. It is fragrant and mellow, with excellent color and aroma. It is also known as the "Crown of Oriental Famous Wines"! Now I want to introduce the third specialty.
That is the dark, fresh moldy dried vegetables that every household is indispensable for.
On the summer dinner table, a bowl of soup made from dried vegetables is always indispensable. It not only quenches thirst, but also prevents heatstroke! There are many specialties from my hometown, such as fennel beans, fragrant cakes, fermented bean curd... How about it, are you drooling? Then come to my hometown and have a taste! I’m sure you won’t leave once you’re here! Add a comment (0)
