A good apartment is the starting point of home.

A good apartment can change the pattern of home and make life comfortable for 5 to 8 years, which is the most important, valuable and difficult part of design. I hope our apartment case can make more families live comfortably.

We take Dahua Biyuntian 144 square meter apartment as an example, which represents the common problems of a type of apartment in the market.

First of all, 144 square meters, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms, facing south on three sides, is still square, which is a relatively good apartment. However, the deepening of this type of apartment has brought a common problem to this type of apartment.

Specifically, it is this type of apartment. The center of the guest restaurant must have an area of 6 to 8 square meters. I don't know what to do, I can only do the entrance+cloakroom, and the result is rather embarrassing.

The entrance is not small, but it is neither practical nor can it reach the sense of ceremony of the entrance of the mansion.

The cloakroom is too small. Basically, there are more wardrobes. Generally, this kind of cloakroom is used for small apartments. 144 square meters should have a relatively complete cloakroom.

Affect the communication between the guest restaurant and the cloakroom. Because of the entrance and cloakroom, the guest dining room is separated, so the transparent relationship between the dining room and the living room has been affected, not to say that it is unacceptable. The key is that the entrance and cloakroom are tasteless and a little deficient.

This apartment is really a typical case with great depth, so we specially put forward three solutions. No matter friends who are pursuing practicality, transparent space or need a sense of ceremony, they can find corresponding solutions.

This is my plan.

Scheme 1: Hotel lobby-level porch, transparent north and south, family core area integrating guests, kitchen and study.

Design highlights:

Hotel lobby entrance porch: a central welcoming table where artworks can be placed in the center, a circle of shoes and benches at the table, and a complete porch cabinet at the back, which perfectly combines noble sense of ceremony and practicality.

Expand the dining room, form a dining table for six people+a western kitchen, and all the operating desks of the electric cabinet are indispensable elements of modern cooking life.

Nanyang Terrace is open to form an open study, which is linked with the living room, so that you can not only read books at work, but also do homework with your children.

The most important north-south permeability, from the kitchen and dining room in the north to the central entrance, to the living room and balcony study in the south, is not blocked. This effect can only be achieved by a villa of about 250 square meters.

Scheme 2: The entrance hall is transformed into a second living room, with a central water bar for family gatherings, and the main guard and the cloakroom are also divided into four parts.

Design highlights:

Combine the entrance to form a family water bar space, similar to the Japanese reception space. It can not only solve the drinking water problem of the whole living room, but also become the second living room of the family. General reception can be done here, and tea and coffee can be satisfied.

The living room becomes a family room, which mainly meets the needs of family activities. Combined with the central water bar, family gatherings can be held on weekends and holidays, children can play in the family room, adults can chat in the water bar and look after children.

The north balcony turned into a western kitchen and merged into the dining room, making the dining room much bigger than before.

The master bedroom, large cloakroom and four separate bathroom suites can still be retained.

Option 3: to meet the real customer needs, make a suite for my daughter, with double master bedroom, double kitchen and big dining room.

Design highlights:

The customer of this community has a baby daughter and wants to make an independent study and cloakroom for her, so we have completed the design of double master bedroom;

Compress the entrance to the necessary size, give the area to the master bedroom, form a big cloakroom in the master bedroom, and even form a wardrobe on the island, which also retains the comfort of the master bedroom space.

The northern configuration of Chinese and western kitchens and butler's rooms is a design that the hostess especially likes.
