I feel really sorry for these two scenic spots! ——My thoughts on visiting Tongchuan Qin Village and Mysterious Castle

Writing this bit of text, I am not too worried about it.

A friend introduced a one-day trip route, which takes about less than two hours. So, even though it was warm and cold at first, and the weather was chaotic, we still went happily. Who told us that we could only be free on weekends.

The destination is Tongchuan. The scenic area is called Qin Village and Mysterious Castle. The Qin people's village can be found online, but the mysterious castle is mysteriously missing, and the two navigation brothers Baidu and Gaode have no route guidance. Then go to the Qin people's village first, and then ask around after you've gone there.

Qinren Village is located on Mengjiangyuan not far from Huangbao Town. Only when we got here did we know that this place belongs to Wangyi District and not Yaozhou District. According to legend, Meng Jiangnu’s hometown is here, so the local area invested a lot of money. Capital created this scenic spot. It is intended to focus on the core tones of "yellow soil", "Qin" and "rural", highlight the sense of participation and integration of tourists, and find a path similar to that of Yuanjia Village in Liquan to promote local tourism and then drive the economic development of the entire region.

I saw that the scenic spot has a special gate at the parking lot, and a uniformed security guard is guarding it. At first I thought they would charge tickets, but it turns out they just require tourists to scan a code to enter. Entering the scenic spot, there is a large phalanx of Qin Terracotta Warriors. Opposite the phalanx is a racecourse, but there is no horse or anyone operating here. There is only a security guard sitting on the roadside looking at his mobile phone. Playing Douyin and playing silly music. There are about two to three hundred Qin terracotta warriors, both kneeling and standing, but their expressions are different. Walking into the square alone, you feel like you are deep behind enemy lines. Your spine is numb. After taking a few photos, you quickly say goodbye to these terracotta warriors. The warriors of the Qin people turned into the so-called Qin people's villages.

When you enter Dede Village, you will see an antique street and several courtyards and pavilions with ancient Qin style charm. But the ideal is very full, but the reality is very skinny. Although the whole village looks very large, including the Jiwang Temple, a kindergarten, a wine shop, a Jiangnuxi shop, a medical center, a medicine shop, an iron shop and a market composed of various shops, the "Qin" flag in seal script is flying in the wind. The rows in the middle are fluttering, as if Qin Town has been reincarnated, but there are few tourists, and there are no traces of merchants. The entire street is closed and deserted, far from the "wear Qin clothes, speak Qin dialect, perform Qin rituals, and do Qin affairs" The grand scene. It is said that this scenic spot covers an area of ??more than 500 acres, with an investment of 400 million to 500 million yuan. It will be opened in January 2019. Some experts at the time predicted that "after the project is fully put into operation, the annual income is expected to reach 63.55 million yuan, with an after-tax profit of 1,900 million yuan." Ten thousand yuan. It can vigorously promote the development of local fresh peach, apple, persimmon, pepper and other industries and picking activities, and the surrounding farmers can increase their income by 20 million yuan every year." Only two years have passed. I hope that the predictions of experts will not come true. I sincerely hope that investors can get a return on their investment. I sincerely wish that the local economy can use this to make changes.

Before leaving, ask the security guard at the door for directions to the mysterious castle, and he will tell you to go to Yaowang Mountain and look for the old cotton warehouse. So I navigated the direction of Yaowang Mountain and arrived at the intersection of Yaowang Avenue. I saw the large iron gate of the cotton warehouse and was about to drive in. Unexpectedly, the guard went out and stretched out his hand and said, "The parking fee is 30 yuan per car." Asked if the mysterious castle was here, the answer was that it was in the ditch. So I decisively paid for it and bought the ticket.

The popularity here seems to be more popular than that of Qin people’s villages. There is actually a bus carrying travel friends from Xi’an who makes a special trip here. Walking less than three to five hundred meters into the ditch, you can see a European-style castle built along the ditch and against the mountain. It's not big, and it only takes less than 10 minutes to walk up and around. Tourists stopped here to take photos, so the narrow and steep slope seemed a little crowded, especially the women in colorful clothes, posing or singing and dancing, which added to the already desolate ravine. Angry.

It is said that this cotton warehouse was once the country's strategic reserve. There are more than ten cave dwellings with holes up to 100 meters deep on both sides of the ditch for storing cotton. Perhaps the value of existence has been lost due to the passage of time, so some companies have invested in renovating and upgrading the place. They have renovated and repaired the abandoned cotton warehouse, added castles and other buildings, improved public toilets, B&Bs and other tourist supporting facilities, and prepared It is initially built into a tourist attraction. But building a European-style castle in such a ravine with strong characteristics of the Loess Plateau, does it seem a bit nondescript like drinking coffee with fried dough sticks? Hopefully investors’ money won’t be wasted.

In recent years, man-made landscapes have appeared frequently in various places. Visiting ancient towns and tasting snacks has become a tourism model that is imitated. As long as it is a little bit of a gimmick, huge sums of money will be spent to build cities and landscaping, with big investments and big purchases. It is very likely that there will be ups and downs and short-lived flashes in the pan.

Reminds me of a familiar advertising slogan. Not all milk is called Deluxe, and every man-made landscape cannot be a Yuanjia Village. So————

Landscaping is risky, so be careful when investing!
