Personal Speech by Excellent Hotel Staff

Dear leaders and colleagues,

Hello everyone!

It is an honor to stand here and speak as an outstanding employee this year. Thank you for your recognition of my work in the past year and giving me this honor. At the same time, I also thank my colleagues for their support and help this year! I am deeply honored to be selected as an excellent employee this time. In fact, every department of the hotel is excellent, and the employees in each position are also the best. Everyone is dedicating their wisdom and sweat to our hotel, and this honor should belong to everyone sitting here!

Although I work as a waiter, I never think this job is ordinary and boring, because I help others every day, and the guests get satisfactory service from me, and I also see their recognition of my work from the guests.

When we left school and came to Guo Xin, we began to get in touch with society. In fact, hotels are a micro-society. In the hotel, you will meet all kinds of people, and of course you will meet all kinds of emergencies and contradictions, which requires good adaptability. In case of unexpected events, hotel staff should quickly understand the causes of contradictions and the motives of guests, and guide them in good faith. As soon as possible, take various methods to solve contradictions quickly, so that guests can get satisfactory answers. Through contact with all kinds of people, we have improved our communication ability; Dealing with all kinds of emergencies and contradictions has improved our ability to improvise; Understanding the causes of contradictions and communicating with guests have improved our language expression ability; Finding and understanding the motives of guests will also improve our observation ability.

After more than half a year's internship, I learned a lot that I couldn't learn in school, and I also understood a lot of knowledge mentioned in books. During this time, the most important things I have learned are the following:

First, the importance of interpersonal communication lies in learning how to get along with others. First of all, learn how to get along with colleagues and leaders. Secondly, we should learn communication skills with guests. By getting along with all kinds of people, we have strengthened our interpersonal skills.

Second, we must have the spirit of hard work. Working in a hotel, you can't be lazy, such as cleaning, and you can't miss any dead ends. Wash the dishes frequently. Be attentive, quick-sighted, diligent and quick-witted when working. Only in this way can we do our work well.

Third, learn more services. For example, table manners, dealing with guests, and how waiters should face the different requirements of guests. For hotels, service can not only leave a deep impression on customers and lay the foundation for their coming again, but also make customers feel honored and establish a good image for the hotel.

Here, I learned a lot and made many friends. So I would like to take this opportunity to thank my friends who have helped me in the past six months, the leaders for their care and love, and the hotel for giving me the honor of "excellent staff". Finally, I wish all of you here success in your work, good health and happy family!

thank you
