Omutang is located in Rangkou Township, Hongyuan County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, 40 kilometers away from Hongyuan Airport and 73 kilometers away from the county seat.

From June every year, dozens of square kilometers of Oyitang grassland in Fiona Fang, a sea of fresh flowers and a fragrant paradise, can be called "Plateau Taoyuan", just like "fairyland on earth", and the whole flowering period will last until 10.

In different seasons, different kinds of flowers compete to bloom, presenting a colorful sea of flowers wonderland, which is rare in plateau grassland areas with its large scale, high density, many rare plant species and rich colors. The blue sky, towering snow peaks, vast grasslands and vast sea of flowers complement each other and blend into one, making people fascinated and lingering.

In addition to the grassland flower sea landscape, there are 20 ice-colored lake landscapes in Eyaotang Flower Sea Scenic Area, with good ecological protection, of which the largest Cuoqiong Shenhai Lake covers an area of about 200 hectares, equivalent to the area of 200 standard football fields. It is the most spectacular spectacle in the Lake Group of Cuoqonggou, and local herdsmen regard it as a "holy lake".
