The Painted Skin of Lingling, directed by Stephen Chow and Li Lichi and starring Stephen Chow, Anita Yuen and Luo Jiaying, was released on 1994. The film spoofs the American spy war film 007 series, and tells the story that Ling Lingqi, a backup agent, rushes to Hong Kong to recapture Tyrannosaurus Rex's skull from man with the golden gun, the gangster, and finally influences Li Xiangqin, a female spy under man with the golden gun who has been fighting with her, and successfully completes the task.
