How to settle accounts receivable

1. Enter the checkout interface, click Pay and select DD Pay.

2. Enter a name in the comment field.

3. After confirming that the consolidated amount is correct, click OK to settle the account. AR account is mainly used to record the sales business and collection business of an enterprise. Accounts receivable refers to the money that an enterprise should collect from the purchasing unit for selling goods, products and providing services in the normal business process, including taxes and fees that should be borne by the purchasing unit or the labor receiving unit, packaging fees paid by the purchasing buyer, and various transportation and miscellaneous fees.
