Special population
1. Temporary residents need to provide a copy of the temporary residence permit (effective six months ago. 9. The proof of the relationship with the guarantor shall be submitted with a notarized certificate of the relationship between the Dutch visa applicant and the guarantor certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
10. Original residence booklet (without translation) and copies of each page of the residence booklet.
