Introduction to hotel management

This book has made some new attempts in logical framework and content arrangement. The whole is divided into three parts, * * * ten chapters. The first part is the basic theory, in which the first chapter is an overview of the hotel industry, the second chapter is the hotel management theory (written by Wuhan Social Work Vocational College and Hubei Ecological Engineering Vocational and Technical College Wu), and the third chapter is the hotel organization and system management (written by Business College of Hubei University of Technology). The second part is functional management, including chapter four: management of major functional departments of hotels (written by xu teacher of Wuhan Social Work Vocational College), chapter five: hotel quality management (written by Wu Peng of Wuhan Social Work Vocational College), and chapter six: hotel information management (written by Wei Ri of Wuhan Maritime Vocational and Technical College). The third part is operation and management, including Chapter VII of Hotel Reception Department Management (compiled by Wuhan Social Work Vocational College), Chapter VIII of Hotel Marketing Management (compiled by Wuhan Social Work Vocational College), Chapter IX of Hotel Logistics Management (compiled by Wuhan Business College) and Chapter X of Crisis Management (compiled by Ye Peng of Hubei Youth Vocational College and Xu of Wuhan Social Work Vocational College). In addition, in order to facilitate teaching, this book is also equipped with PPr handouts and exercises.
