Take the management measures of "7-day centralized isolation medical observation +3-day home health monitoring" for the entry personnel, conduct a nucleic acid test on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days, and conduct a nucleic acid test on the third day of home health monitoring. Don't go out during home health monitoring, and do personal protection when going out for medical treatment and other special circumstances, and try to avoid taking public transportation.

People who enter our province and the destination is our province. After 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation, it was transported by the destination epidemic prevention and control headquarters to the destination for 3 days of home health monitoring. After 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation, people who entered our province and whose destination was other provinces were infected by the epidemic at the place of entry.

Closed-loop transportation of prevention and control headquarters from Hubei to dedicated channel. People who have entered other provinces and whose destination is our province are transported to their destination by the destination epidemic prevention and control headquarters at the first entrance of Hubei in a closed loop. Those who have been subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days will be monitored at home for 3 days after coming (returning) to Hubei; If the centralized isolation medical observation is less than 7 days, the home health monitoring will be implemented for 3 days after making up the centralized isolation medical observation time after coming (returning) to Hubei.

Second, mainlanders (return) to Hubei.

(1) Active health declaration

Make health declaration in any of the following ways in advance, and truthfully fill in personal information:

1. Log in to the "Hubei Office" APP--health code1-declare for the record by yourself.

2. Log in to Alipay APP-Hubei Health Code and declare for the record independently.

3. Log in to the self-declaration website for filing.

4. Other officially recognized independent filing channels are reported, and the local authorities are responsible for the final interpretation.

All mainlanders who come (return) to Hubei have passed the green code of Hubei health code after entering Hubei. People who return to Hubei from domestic risk areas should take the initiative to report to their communities (villages), work units or hotels (restaurants) and implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, scanning health codes, checking travel codes, nucleic acid testing and health management.

(B) Risk areas to (return to) Hubei personnel management

1. People who have lived in high-risk areas in recent 7 days were subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days, and their nucleic acids were detected on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days respectively. The management period starts from leaving the risk area.

2. The people living in the middle-risk area in the last 7 days were observed at home for 7 days, and the nucleic acid was detected on 1, 4 and 7 days respectively; Do not have the conditions of home isolation medical observation, centralized isolation medical observation.

3. Persons who have lived in low-risk areas (other areas of counties (cities, districts, banners) where high-risk areas are located) in recent 7 days should complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days after arriving in Hubei, and do a good job in health monitoring.

4. People who have lived in epidemic areas in the past 7 days. After evaluation, when the epidemic is large in scale, widely spread in the community and the risk of spillover is high, family health monitoring, community health monitoring and health management measures corresponding to high and medium risk areas should be taken.

5. All personnel from other provinces (returning to Hubei) were tested for nucleic acid, and 1 nucleic acid was tested on the third day.

6. Implement 7-day community health monitoring for people coming (returning) to Hubei in key areas.
