Girls go out alone, try to choose when there are many people during the day, and try not to go to remote places with few people. If they have to go to such a place alone, they need to tell their family or friends in advance, share their geographical location at any time, and set up a one-button call for help so as to call for help quickly in an emergency. Pay more attention to whether there are suspicious people following you at work, and ask the police for help if necessary.

When a girl is alone at home, she should pay attention to locking the door and reconfirm whether it is locked. When a stranger knocks at the door, she should be on high alert and try not to open the door. If there is a power outage at night, don't go out to check the electric box, and wait for a long time after dawn to go out to check the electric box; If necessary, prepare a baseball bat for self-defense in the bedroom; Usually pay more attention to whether there are any special signs at home. If suspicious signs are found, they should be removed in time and be vigilant. If necessary, we should ask the police for help.
