The total sea area of Xiangshan International Yacht Club Project is 70 1097.8 square meters, of which the reclamation area is 250,000 square meters and the total construction area is 563,555 square meters. The biggest feature of this project is that the whole project is a reclamation project. The whole project is planned to be supported by the landmark platinum five-star hotel and 5A office building, SOHO, unique coastal commercial street and 158 unique private club of VIP berth on the water. There are more than 700 yacht berths of different sizes in the harbor basin, and the club dock is equipped with very luxurious clubs for members to use, providing dry cabins, yacht display and maintenance areas, and public cruise terminals. Upon completion, the project will become the largest yacht marina in Asia and the first high-grade comprehensive tourism real estate project integrating leisure, fitness, tourism, office and shopping in Xiamen. It is estimated that the total investment of the project will be as high as about 4 billion yuan. As a key project in Xiamen, it is the largest tourism investment project in Xiamen at present. The whole project is developed and constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project consists of yacht club, VIP berth complex, public yacht berth, yacht sales and exhibition center and yacht supporting facilities, which is expected to be completed on 20 10.
