There are two places to live in the college.

One is Xingzhengyuan, which is better. It costs several hundred per night. It seems that the worst room costs 180 (single room). Obviously this is not what you want.

There is also an older building, which belongs to the Civil Service Training Department. If you go there, it should be able to meet your requirements.
