Have money and no money to go home for the New Year. Why do some people go home to stay in hotels instead of at home?

With the horn sounded in Spring Festival travel rush, more and more migrant workers began to set foot on the journey home. However, there is an incomprehensible phenomenon in rural areas. During the Spring Festival, some people would rather stay in hotels than at home. What's going on here?

As more and more migrant workers embark on the journey back home, this village is now a bit of a year. The bustling firecrackers may be that every family is welcoming the return of their loved ones. For my family, it's been a long time, and my loved ones may have endless words after they come back. They always want to talk about this year's experience at this time, but some people feel a little chilling about their loved ones: many people who return to the village would rather stay in hotels than live in their own homes. I think there are three reasons:

1. Now, many people go back to the countryside for the Spring Festival. Fake wealth? This has become a very common phenomenon. I believe many people have seen this video, and many people who return home are worried about being looked down upon by the people in the village, preferring to rent a car and go home to pretend to have money. And some young people will book hotels in advance when they come back now, saying that they are used to such an environment. It is also because when I go home for the New Year, if I stay in a hotel, I will appear to have more status, but such behavior is even more incompatible with the countryside.

2. After returning to China, some people just want to spend the New Year, but they may not adapt to the living environment in rural areas, especially those who live in cities all the year round. They may have lived in the countryside for the past ten years, but some daughter-in-law feel very resistant to the living environment of her husband's family. I would rather take my children to book a hotel than live in a bungalow in the countryside. On the one hand, I feel that the bungalow is too cold to be used to. On the other hand, I feel too dirty to stand. Old people can certainly understand their children's practices, but there is still a sense of loss in their hearts.

For many migrant workers, they work outside all the year round and rarely return to their hometown. Even if I come back for the New Year, I can't stay in my hometown for a few days. It's very troublesome to clean up. Buying a new quilt is really much more convenient than staying in a hotel. Nowadays, the transportation in the countryside is also very convenient, and many people have married and established their families. After returning to China, the house where their parents live may be tense, and it is really inconvenient if everyone lives together.
