How to apply for a refund in public comment?

1, log in to the public comment account, find "My Order" on the home page and enter.

2. Find the order that needs to be returned on the "My Orders" page, and click to enter the order details page.

3. Find the "Apply for Refund" button on the order details page, and click the operation.

4. Select the reason for the refund and click Refund to complete the refund.
