1. Zigong Dinosaur Museum

Located in the northeast of Zigong City, it is built on the world-famous "Dashanpu Dinosaur Fossil Group Site". It is the first specialized dinosaur museum in my country and is known as the "Oriental Dragon Palace". Here you can learn all kinds of knowledge related to dinosaurs. The museum has two floors. There are 18 dinosaur skeletons on the first floor, which are huge and shocking.

In the Dinosaur Ruins Hall, you can see thousands of fossils connected end to end, arranged in an orderly manner, which is dazzling and breathtaking. On the second floor, you can go to the "Dinosaur Reappearance" exhibition hall, where sound and light are used to simulate the scenes of dinosaur life back then, which is very realistic.

2. Salt Industry History Museum

Located on Jiefang Road, Ziliujing District, Zigong City, it was originally the Xiqin Guild Hall built by Shaanxi salt merchants who came to Ziliujing to operate the salt industry. The Salt History Museum was built in the first year of Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty (AD 1736). It is exquisitely designed and integrates palace architecture and folk architecture of the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is large-scale and magnificent.

The entire building complex is getting higher layer by layer from front to back. The wood carvings, stone carvings, paintings and clay sculptures in the entire building are exquisite and dazzling. It leans against the scenic Longfeng Mountain in the back and faces the bustling area in front, with majestic palaces and unique shapes. 3. Zigong Shenhaijing

The salt well that Zigong people are most proud of. Shenhaijing is located at the foot of Ruanjiaba Mountain in Da'an District, Zigong City. The well is 1,001.42 meters deep and produces both brine and gas. It is the world's first 1,000-meter-deep well drilled manually. The Shenhai Well was excavated in the third year of Daoguang's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1823) and completed in the fifteenth year of Daoguang's reign (1835). It took 13 years and was the first large well over a kilometer in the world. After the well was dug, more than 10,000 tons of black brine was ejected every day, and the daily natural gas output was more than 8,500 cubic meters. After the Shenhai Well was successfully dug, salt merchants from all over the country came in droves to dig wells and set up stoves.

4. Dafo Temple

It is located at the foothills of Dafo Mountain (also known as Zhenru Rock) on the outskirts of Rong County, Sichuan Province. The mountain is 414 meters above sea level. Halfway up the mountain, there is a majestic stone statue of the Tathagata Seated Buddha, known in the world as the Rong County Giant Buddha. The body is 36.67 meters tall, the head is 8.76 meters long, the shoulders are 12.67 meters wide, the knees are 12 meters high, and the feet are 3.5 meters wide. It is the second largest stone Buddha in China after the Leshan Maitreya Buddha. The cliffs of Xiaotai of the Great Buddha Temple also include Tang and Song Dynasty cliff statues, Western Paradise, and Eighteen Arhats. Among them, the "Arhat Group Niches" attracts attention. The niche is 3.4 meters high, 4.6 meters wide, and 0.46 meters deep. There are six Arhats carved in it, including three. The head was destroyed. A peach tree is embossed in the middle of the six-split Arhat, with a fairy peach hanging on the branch.
