Do good hotel furniture have to be made of MDF?

At present, most hotel furniture is made of particleboard, but there is a saying on the Internet that hotel furniture made of MDF is more environmentally friendly and usable, so even if it is expensive, it should be made of MDF.

According to experts, particleboard and density board are both commonly used materials for making furniture, but there are still some differences in performance between them. Generally speaking, particleboard has greater advantages. First of all, the density board is an artificial board made of wood fiber and an appropriate amount of adhesive. Its density is uniform, suitable for multi-faceted processing, and its cost is high. Particleboard is made by cutting wood into shavings and pressing them with glue. It is characterized by good nail holding power, low expansion rate, easy control of free formaldehyde content, and less sizing than medium density fiberboard, but it is only suitable for plane processing.

Generally speaking, it is enough to use particleboard for hotel furniture, and only the parts of particleboard that are not easy to process can be assisted by density board. If the whole hotel furniture is made of MDF, it is very wasteful.
