Introduction of Nina Tower

North Point Government Building, the tallest building in the New Territories, is located at No.8 Wu Yang Road in the west of Tsuen Wan. It consists of two commercial buildings with 88 floors and 42 floors, respectively. The height of the high block is 3 18.8m, and the height of the low block is163.7m. Among them, the 30th floor of the high block is a Grade A office building, and the rest floors and the whole building of the low block are engaged in hotel services. It is called Ruxin Seaview Hotel and Conference Center, and it is positioned as a four-to five-star hotel. On the roof of the 89th floor of Nina Tower, a stone model of Gong Ruxin's handprint was placed, symbolizing Gong Ruxin's overlooking East China Mao Square in Tsim Sha Tsui and most of Kowloon.
