Legal analysis: Noise disturbing people can call the police. According to Article 58 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC), if anyone violates the provisions of this law and commits one of the following acts, the public security organ shall give him a warning and may impose a fine: 1) using a tweeter in a concentrated area of noise-sensitive buildings in urban areas; 2) In violation of the regulations of local public security organs, organizing entertainment, assembly and other activities in urban streets, squares, parks and other public places, and using audio equipment, resulting in excessive volume interference with the surrounding living environment; (3) Failing to take measures in accordance with the provisions of Articles 46 and 47 of this Law, and emitting environmental noise from the indoor environment that seriously interferes with the life of the surrounding residents.
