How about Shanghai Green Garden Hotel?

The price is very affordable, the room is clean, the decoration is very old, but basically still usable, the floor staff are good, and the location is excellent. I live on the 12th floor overlooking the Bund. The transportation is also convenient, it only takes five minutes to walk to the Bund. I heard that it will be renovated in June or July. According to the four-star standard, I wonder if the price will still be so affordable after the renovation.
