Article 2 of the MLM Prohibition Ordinance

The term "MLM" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the behavior that the organizer or operator's developer directly or indirectly calculates the remuneration according to the number of developers or sales performance, or requires the developer to pay a fixed fee and take the qualification equation to seek non-benefits, disrupt the economic order and affect social stability.

Article 7 The listed bank is MLM Company:

() The organizer or operator requires the developer to develop its members to join the developer, and directly or indirectly calculates the remuneration (including material rewards for its economic benefits) according to the number of developers to seek non-benefits;

(2) The organizer or operator asks the developer to pay the fee through the developer, or pays the fee in disguised form, so as to join or develop its membership and seek non-benefits;

(3) The organizer or operator requires the developer to develop its members to join the offline relationship, and the sales performance is calculated according to the pay line in order to seek non-profit.
