V. Epidemic Report

(1) Students

1. If students themselves or find other students with suspicious symptoms such as fever, fatigue, dry cough, etc., they should immediately Report.

3. Students who have the above symptoms at home should seek medical attention promptly, and their parents should inform their class teachers of their condition.

4. The report content includes: symptoms, time of onset, whether other people have similar symptoms, and whether you have been in contact with others after developing symptoms, etc.

(2) The head teacher or classroom teacher

1. The head teacher or classroom teacher discovers students with suspicious symptoms such as fever, fatigue, dry cough, or receives reports from students as soon as possible Report the school epidemic reporter.

2. Report content: number of patients, names of patients, time of onset, place of onset, status of the disease, measures taken, etc. (Appendix 3-2).

(3) School epidemic reporter

(5) When the case is being treated in the hospital, no classmates or teachers are allowed to visit. The school will contact the parents of the students through phone calls, WeChat, etc. to track and understand, obtain relevant information, and report it in a timely manner.

(6) The suspected case of new coronavirus infection has been ruled out by fever clinic or testing. The case continues to be treated or is under centralized isolation and observation. (7) After the case recovers, the health teacher can return to school and resume classes only after confirming the class resumption certificate issued by the medical institution and the cancellation of the isolation period.

2. Fever cases are found in the class

(2) When highly suspicious cases are discovered

2. Schools must actively cooperate with relevant departments to identify contacts within the school, adopt isolation management measures for close contacts, and do a good job in ideological work.

3. Under the guidance of the local disease control agency, carry out terminal disinfection of the school premises where the case is located.

4. Close contacts should be quarantined/observed at home, and schools do not need to be closed. Close contacts who live in this city must be quarantined and observed at home in accordance with the requirements of the disease control agency. Close contacts who live in other places must be quarantined and observed at a temporary isolation and observation point in the school.

5. If the case has two consecutive negative laboratory tests, isolation and treatment should be continued; nucleic acid testing will be conducted on the case and all close contacts on the 8th day after the onset of illness. (3) Confirmed cases are found
