In order to meet the cigarette production needs of our factory, with the consent of Anhui China Tobacco Industrial Company, we have decided to openly recruit front-line production operators (contract workers) from the public. 25 people, the specific conditions are announced as follows:

1. Recruitment scope

Have local Chuzhou registered residence (including county and city).

II. Recruitment conditions

1. Can strictly abide by national laws, regulations and the rules and regulations of the unit; have the ability to adapt to the needs of the unit's job, and can successfully complete the unit's assignments Work tasks.

2. Applicants are eligible for unified admission to general universities, full-time college degree or above; age is 18 to 25 years old, and the age limit is relaxed to 30 years old for master's degree students.

3. Good social performance and no violations of laws and disciplines.

4. Good health, no infectious or other serious diseases, corrected visual acuity of 1.0 or above, and able to adapt to three or double shifts in the cigarette enterprise.

5. There will be no labor relations with other units after admission.

3. Recruitment procedures

1. Open registration and qualification review. Qualified candidates must bring originals and copies of their graduation certificate, household registration booklet, ID card and other award technical level certificates, as well as a recent 1-inch bareheaded photo when registering.

2. Centralized written examination, merit-based interviews, and organized physical examination. The written test score accounts for 60% of the total score, and the interview score accounts for 40% of the total score. The content of the written test is mainly Chinese language with college education, basic knowledge of mathematics, basic professional knowledge of machinery and electrical aspects, safety knowledge, etc. After the written test, from high scores to Candidates with low scores will be selected to participate in the interview based on the ratio of 1:1.5 to the number of candidates to be recruited. After the interview, based on the comprehensive score, the shortlist will be selected and the physical examination will be organized uniformly.

3. Personnel who are to be hired after passing the written test, interview and physical examination will sign a labor contract upon review and approval.

4. Salary and benefits: According to the treatment of new employees in our factory, the normal monthly salary ranges from 900 yuan to 1,400 yuan, and social insurance must be paid in accordance with the law.
